Mistry Yorke Lawyers practices in the areas of commercial, immigration, employment, wills & estates and liquor licensing law. Our firm has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of transactional (e.g. government applications, business sale agreements, will drafting, liquor licence applications) and dispute resolution legal matters (litigation/disputes, appeal applications) in those areas of law.
Under our migration brand (established in 2003), Easymigrate – Australian Migration & Citizenship Services (Easymigrate AMCS) we have developed a reputation for excellence in relation to immigration matters. We provide advice, strategy and preparation & lodgement services in relation to all Australian visa applications and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Migration Division) appeals. Easymigrate AMCS is arguably Western Australia’s largest and most experienced Perth based immigration firm.
